Our MUSCLE entry is among the EBAE finalist projects.

MUSCLE is a systemic vision for the regeneration of social housing buildings to NZEB performance.

The concept is to reduce energy, water and waste, adapting buildings to new social needs such as - mobility and safety for the elderly, children and disabled citizens, adding more space to the apartments, creating new common spaces in the buildings (like green roofs and greenhouses for community gardens and leisure purposes), or qualifying the surrounding public spaces, proposing also a new economic vision for community support resulting from sale of renewable energy produced on site.
